My name is Anya, I work as a Studio Coordinator at an architecture practice, and my partner currently works as a barista and has an MA in Neuroscience. We’re both pretty social and enjoy going out, especially to trance/EDM nights, we’re big music lovers. We don’t usually have lots of people over, but we’d love to host the occasional dinner or movie night-we even have a huge projector screen!

The area has plenty of great local amenities, independent cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops all within easy walking distance. East Dulwich also has a relaxed, community-oriented atmosphere, with green spaces nearby.

The flat itself is a comfortable and welcoming space, and I’m looking for someone who is considerate, clean and easygoing, and who would enjoy making the place feel like a home rather than simply a place to live.
