We are Emma and Anna (both 31) and looking for someone to join our lovely garden flat in East Dulwich.
I work in politics in Westminster and Anna is an artist and works in hospitality. Our lovely roommate is sadly moving out but we would love someone to take over her room.
We are both out and about a fair bit but love to catch up when we are both in the flat, as well as watch films and TV in the evenings.
We love the location of the flat, only 5 minutes from East Dulwich station and just off Lordship Lane which has amazing cafes, shops and pubs which we love to go to on our days off and weekends.
The rent for the room will be £750 plus bills, which usually are around £130 a month. The room has space for a desk but there is also our large living room which we can use for working.
