The property is situated 7 min walk from South Ealing tube (Piccadilly line) and 65 bus (10 min) to Ealing Broadway for central, district and Elizabeth lines) as well as 20 min tube journey to Heathrow airport 🚆🚌✈️
The house is also around a 15-minute walk from Brentford station, providing additional train connections towards Waterloo and central London.

We are looking for a friendly, respectful and easy-going person to share our two-bedroom Victorian rented home in South Ealing.

About the household 🏡

We are a couple living in this lovely Victorian house, which we rent, and we are looking for the right person to share the home with us.

We enjoy having a friendly and relaxed household where everyone feels comfortable, while also respecting each other’s privacy and routines. We are looking for someone who is considerate, tidy and responsible, and who appreciates a comfortable home environment.

The house was rented unfurnished, but we have furnished and decorated it ourselves to create a warm and welcoming place to live.

My partner is based outside London and works in London a few days per week, so he stays at the house when he is working here. He does not live at the property full time, but you will see him around regularly.

Over the coming months, I will also be travelling more frequently due to work commitments, so there may be periods when I am away. This means the housemate will have plenty of independence while still being part of a friendly home environment.

We also have Ginger, our very friendly and sociable cat 😺. Ginger is a big part of the household and loves people. He is relaxed, follows everyone around the house and is very friendly with our neighbours too. This home would suit someone who genuinely likes cats and is happy to have a furry housemate (if you are happy to feed him occasionally that’s a bonus too!)

There is also an automatic hoover to help keep the house clean with our busy schedules.

South Ealing offers a great balance between a peaceful residential area and easy access to London. Ealing Broadway is close by with a wide range of restaurants, pubs and shops, while central London and Heathrow are both easily accessible.
