We’re excited to offer a good-sized double room in our well-kept three-bedroom house with a lovely garden. This isn’t just about renting a room — it’s about joining a household that feels like a safe, welcoming home.

The House
Our home is clean, calm, and smoke-free (with smoking allowed in the garden). It has a warm atmosphere — perfect if you’re looking for more than just a place to sleep. Please do be mindful that, while this home welcomes socials, this is not a party house — instead we like to keep the vibe relaxed, respectful, and friendly.

Shared spaces include:
* Dining Room: With dining table, TV, and board games.
* Bathroom: Spacious, newly renovated, with both bath and dual-head shower.
* Garden: A real highlight. Large, green, and perfect for unwinding. Equipped with a hammock, bonfire pit, dartboard, and seating — great for summer evenings especially.

* Council Tax Band D
* Bills approximately £120/month each (depending on usage)

About Us
We’re working professionals who value a clean, tidy, and harmonious home. We enjoy catching up when we cross paths but also respect each other’s space — it’s a relaxed balance. The house is full of plants and good energy, making it a genuinely uplifting place to live. We also have two resident cats, both affectionate, who are part of the family — so you’ll need to be cat-friendly! (Sadly, no additional pets allowed)
