A cosy double room is available to be rented in a lovely Mock Tudor house located in Ealing, Northfields - W5 4BS.

The cost of the room is £749 per month, inclusive of all bills, including internet, gas, and electricity.

The room is on the first floor of the house.
There is a large kitchen to be shared, with bar stools, so you can use it to eat your breakfast or dinner. Therefore, you will feel that you live in a one-bedroom. A lovely, large garden is also available for use, perfect for working outside or relaxing.

The nearest tube station is Northfields tube, a 7-8 minute walk away, which is served by the Piccadilly line. This is a fast line, and you will be in the centre of London within 25-30 minutes. Additionally, it is a 15-20 minute tube ride to Heathrow Airport.

The nearest bus stop, E2, to Ealing Broadway, which has the Central and District lines, is 2 minutes away from the house.

Overground - Brentford Rail Station is a 10-minute walk from the house. This train will take you to Waterloo Station in Central London within 20 minutes.

Northfields village is beautiful and has lots of coffee shops and restaurants. People are very friendly, and you can easily make friends. We are very close to Boston Manor Park, Blondin Park and Lamas Park.

Professional females are preferred. The current residents in the house are a mother and her adult daughter, both quiet, busy and professional. We both like walking and doing yoga/pilates, and we love cooking.
As we live in a large house, you will feel like part of the family. We all support one another, as we are all professional individuals.

The cost of the room is £749 per month with all bills included, internet, gas, electricity, council tax etc. This is a great price for anyone who likes to live in a house with an English character.

Council tax is Band D, but is paid by the owner.
