We are Shadi & Nick and we're looking for a housemate to join our home.
About the Room:
It's a large double, furnished, with huge built in storage, situated on the ground floor of the house. There's a shared bathroom, kitchen, living room and garden downstairs, as well as off street parking.
All bills are included in the rent.
About Us:
Nick is Australian and works as a carpenter, Shadi is English and works in advertising. We have a pet dog, Carl and a pet hedgehog, Spike Lee (no joke, we have a pet hedgehog) so our new housemate must like animals! We're both smokers but we only smoke in the garden - never in the house. Our room is upstairs and we also have a bathroom up there so there will never be a race to the shower in the mornings 😂. Nick is super sociable and loves making friends, Shadi is a home bunny and likes to be cosy on the sofa mostly.

We're looking for someone friendly, tidy, and pet friendly. Our landlord will need employment and landlord references.
