A beautifully presented, very large and fully furnished room in a lovely Mock Tudor house on a peaceful, leafy residential cul-de-sac in Ealing.

The room has just been redecorated and furnished to create a comfortable, calm and homely space. It has a double bed, TV, comfortable chaise longue, John Lewis wardrobe, John Lewis clothes rail, chest of drawers, ottoman, drop leaf dining table, full-length mirror and plenty of storage.

The room is at the back of the house and overlooks the garden. It has large south-facing windows, so it gets lots of lovely natural light. The windows are double glazed, and although the tube line runs nearby, the room is surprisingly quiet.

The £1,350 monthly rent includes:

* Sky TV & Netflix
* Wi-Fi
* Household essentials such as toilet roll, hand soap, washing-up liquid and dishwasher tablets

The room is fully furnished, so there is very little to bring apart from your personal belongings and your own bedding.

The house has a relaxed, clean and homely atmosphere, with a pretty garden, one large shared bathroom and an additional downstairs toilet & sink.

There is also a private study/office downstairs, which you are welcome to use if you would like additional space for working or studying.

You would be sharing the house with just one other female (the landlady) and two small, friendly dogs, Kiki and Lola. They are affectionate and well behaved and spend most of their time snoozing or playing.

The house is ideally situated for Ealing, Broadway, Ealing Common and South Ealing tube stations:

* 12–15 minute walk to Ealing Broadway / Elizabeth line and Ealing Common
* 8–10 minute walk to South Ealing station

The initial agreement is for 3 months, with the potential to extend. Previous lodgers have stayed anywhere from a few months to several years, depending on their circumstances.
