We’re a mix of family and university friends, mostly working professionals, and everyone has their own routine and space. We’re ideally looking for a female housemate who is clean, tidy, respectful, fairly quiet and LGBTQ+ friendly.
The room is on the first floor, right next to the bathroom, which is only shared with one other person, so it offers a lot of privacy. It currently comes with a double bed and mattress, and additional furniture can be discussed if needed.
The house has a garden, parking in front of the property and space to keep a bike. We’re around 10 minutes’ walk from the Central Line, with a supermarket and shops near the station.
There are also two children and one very friendly Labrador living in the house.
