🚨 We are holding some extra last-minute viewings on MONDAY 2ND NOVEMBER to manage the high response from our original ad.

⏰ We are ideally looking for someone on a flexible schedule who will fit between between the 9-5 and evening work of the current flatmates.

Move in Date: December 12th
Rent for December: £387
Rent pcm: £500, bills not included
Due on the 5th of every month
Bills: Avg. of £120 pcm
Deposit: TBC

The following items in the room are included in the room for a price of £100 and will be signed off as yours to keep:

🏡 The street includes two Co-Ops, a bakery, a greengrocer, a bookshop, and a variety of cafes and pubs!

🚊 Closest tube station is Ealing Broadway, which is a 10 minute bus ride or a 20 minute walk. It serves the Lizzy, District and Central lines, so loads of choice!

🩷Elle - 26 from Liverpool, works evenings in Costume backstage on a West End Musical. Perfect for chats, horror movie suggestions and exploring cute areas of London!

🩵Niamh, 23 from Ireland, works during the day as an OT. Loves going to gigs, makes fab cups of tea, and is always down for an adventure in the city!
