Three rooms available in a spacious and quiet 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house near Ealing Broadway, available from November.

Our current flatmates are moving back home, so we’re looking for 3 new flatmates to join the house. Ideally looking for friendly, clean and considerate people who are planning to stay long-term.

* Only 5 minutes’ walk to Ealing Broadway Station
* Elizabeth / Central / District lines
* Around 15 mins to Tottenham Court Road by Elizabeth line
* Very quiet residential street with beautiful period houses and little traffic
* Restaurants, cafés, gyms, pharmacies and supermarkets all within 5–10 mins’ walk
* M&S, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s, Tesco and Chinese supermarkets all nearby

Room 1 – £931 pcm
Bright and comfortable bedroom.

Room 2 – £921 pcm
Furniture shown in the living room photos, including the wardrobe/cabinet and desk, belongs to this room.

Room 3 – £1,013 pcm
Currently occupied by a flatmate who is travelling, so the photos shown are the original agency photos.

💷 Bills & Requirements

* Council tax + utilities: approximately £180 per person/month
* Tenancy will be signed jointly by all 4 tenants
* Agency reference/affordability checks required
* Working professionals preferred for a stable long-term tenancy
* Graduate/PSW visa holders are also welcome, subject to referencing
