Mon- Fri only ensuite room 3 min walk E’ling Bw st

The room is Monday to Friday only, not the weekend, for a male whose main home is outside London. A Small ensuite single room with fridge and microwave, use of main kitchen. The room is on the semi-basement level and has its own outside door.
A late evening Sunday start is fine.
This accommodation is not suitable for someone who needs to park their car nearby (it’s in Ealing Council Parking Zone A). Parking times are very restrictive because it’s so close to the station and permits are not available for tenants.
Oxford Road is a cul de sac and very quiet at night.
I have a cat, who is not allowed in the room, the room has BT Infinity broadband. I change bed linen as required
