My lovely friend/flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend, so I’m looking for someone new to join me in my 2-bed 1-bath home in Ealing Broadway W5 from the end of October (date can be flexible!)

The room and flat
The room comes furnished with everything including a double bed, desk and large wardrobe with draws, and gets beautiful morning light!

The flat is super homely and modern having recently been refurbished and is central to Ealing Broadway so super convenient for travel links (Lizzy, District, Central, and even Piccadilly) and for all things like shopping, coffee, gyms, ect. The flat overlooks a park which gives beautiful view and light all year long. There is super fast wifi, modern amenities (including boiling tap, coffee machine, rice cooker etc), lots of storage throughout the flat, and a regular cleaner included.

About me
I’m 29 and work for the NHS, with around three WFH days each week. My weekends usually involve reading, gym/yoga, keeping active, travel or enjoying good food with friends. I’m sociable and would love a flatmate who’s up for a yap, but who also appreciates a relaxed home and a bit of downtime.

To be completely transparent, I actually own the flat. I bought it in July 2024 and completely refurbished it, so everything in the flat is new! I’ve put a lot of love into making it a home, and I’d love to find someone who’ll enjoy living here and treat it like their home too. I keep it clean, cosy and somewhere we can both genuinely enjoy coming back to after work.

About you
I’m looking for someone who’s clean, friendly and easy-going. We’ll both have our own lives, but it would be lovely to have someone to chat to after work, watch some TV with, have the occasional girls’ night in, or grab a Spritz or coffee at the weekend. Equally, I completely respect personal space, so if either of us fancies a quiet night or wants to do our own thing, that’s absolutely fine too.

I really want whoever moves in to feel like this is their home as much as it is mine. Friends are always welcome to visit or stay over, but I’d prefer someone who doesn’t have a partner staying half the nights a week, just so the flat still feels like a home for the two of us.
