I’m one of the current tenants and will be moving out in mid-November, so I’m helping my lovely housemates find someone to take over my room.

We’re looking for a friendly, tidy and respectful housemate to join our spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in Ealing Broadway, West London.

* Located on a beautiful, quiet residential street with very little passing traffic
* M&S, Morrisons, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asian supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and gyms all within a 5–10 minute walk

* Rent: £931 pcm
* Bills: Approx. £100–120 per month (including council tax, utilities and Wi-Fi)
* Total monthly cost: Approx. £1,031–£1,051

* Joint tenancy agreement signed by all four tenants
* Working professionals preferred
* Graduate Visa (PSW) holders are welcome, subject to referencing
