This is a large, light-filled double room in a bright and modern flat located in the Ealing Common area. The flat features a contemporary living room and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for comfortable everyday living.

The available room comes fully furnished with a double bed and wardrobe, and benefits from skylight windows that bring in plenty of natural light. You’ll be sharing a clean, well-maintained bathroom with just one other flatmate.

Our previous flatmate stayed for over 3 years and is now moving on, so we’re looking for someone friendly and tidy to take their place.

This local area has lots of shops, restaurants and parks near by such as Starbucks, Sainsbury, Nando’s, Japanese supermarket … etc.
Only need 15 mins walk to Ealing shopping center and 30mins bus to Westfield

Utilities:
Bills are not included and it will be approx. 150 per month (council tax, water, gas, internet). It is subject to change base on current market situation.

Current flatmates are two friendly, professional women in their 30s, both working in tech. We’re looking for a tidy, responsible professional who appreciates a peaceful home and values having their own space—while also being open to the occasional dinner or chat together.

• No pets, parties, or heavy drinking allowed in the flat
• Guests are welcome for short-term stays
• The building has a calm and respectful atmosphere with mindful neighbours
• The landlord can only accept working professionals (no students)
