Double room with views of Ealing Common

Looking to fill a room on the top floor of our shared flat. The current 3 housemates (28F, 27F, 23F) have lived here for almost a year and are replacing a 4th flatmate who is leaving in October .

It’s a cozy little room with built in hanging rails, a double bed and lovely views over Ealing Common. All the furniture in the room apart from the bed did not come with the flat however the flatmate leaving is happy for you to keep whatever furniture you would like! (2 bedside tables, desk, TV stand table)

Downstairs (1st floor) has a shared galley kitchen (Washer/dryer and dishwasher!!), large communal living room, bathroom with shower over bath and one bedroom.

The upstairs (2nd floor) has 3 bedrooms and a small toilet and shower. The available bedroom is east facing at the front of the house.

The location is a great spot between Ealing Broadway and Ealing Common stations so the commute into London is very quick with the Elizabeth line, central, district and Piccadilly.
The house looks onto the common and is a short walk from many great pubs and the high street!

Current flatmates have become close friends and therefore we are looking for someone new who is sociable but respectful and keeps communal spaces tidy and clean!

Bills are not included but are split equally between the flatmates - roughly totalling around £100-150 each for council tax, water, gas & leccy, wifi (more in winter, less in summer).

Deposit will be £846
