Cosy Girly Flat in Ealing Common – Double Room Available from January 2027

Hi everyone! Sadly, our lovely flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend, so we're looking for a new girl to join our lovely three-bed flat from mid-January 2027 (we can be flexible on the exact move-in date).

📍 The location
The flat is just a 2-minute walk from Ealing Common station (Piccadilly and District lines) on a lovely, quiet residential street.
Ealing Common park is right on our doorstep, and Ealing Broadway is only a 12-minute walk away, giving you easy access to the Lizzy and Central lines, as well as plenty of shops, restaurants and cafés.

💕 About us
You'd be living with me, Larissa (31), originally from Austria but living in London for over 8 years now. I work in Marketing, with a mix of working from home and office days, and Chloe (28), who is an English teacher originally from Kent.

We're both into going to the gym, watching movies, theatre and musicals.

Chloe, myself and our current flatmate have lived together for over 4 years - we really love to make the flat feel like a home rather than just a rented accommodation. Even though we met through spare room at the time we became very close friends rather than just flatmates and we would love to find someone who is equally socialable. We love to binge a show over a glass of wine together in the evenings, going for a Sunday Roast or the local pub for a drink and while we are definitely not a party house we do enjoy to host the occasional games or wine & cheese night for our friends.

Ideally, we're looking for a girl of a similar age who is in full-time employment, enjoys a sociable but relaxed flatshare and appreciates having a lovely, tidy and clean home.

🛏️ The room & flat
The room is a comfortable, south-facing double bedroom with beautiful bay windows, letting in plenty of natural light.

It's furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. A bed and mattress may also be available, but we're flexible on the furniture depending on what you need.

The flat itself has a large, bright living room, plenty of storage space, a lovely modern kitchen and a super clean bathroom with shower/bathtub

💰 Rent & bills
• Rent: £1,000 pcm (excluding bills)
• Bills: Approximately £130 pcm
• Deposit: £1,154, held in a government-approved deposit protection scheme

Reference checks and proof of sufficient income will be required by Foxtons.
