The 2 level flat is on the 1st floor of a Mansion block building and has a large kitchen and a separate reception room perfect for relaxing after a long day of work. It is located close to the local amenities on the Uxbridge Road and has very easy access onto the M4 and A4 roads. The area is very trendy and there are lots of lovely restaurants and coffee shops nearby.
The kitchen comes equipped with cutlery, pots and pans, plates etc. The lounge comes along with a nice dining table to eat or use your laptop.
In our spare time we like staying active (tennis, climbing, running, swimming, workouts), going out (bars, and cinema) and traveling. When we are at home, we enjoy a glass of wine with a good dinner, TV and moving watching.
This room would suit a friendly, tidy and considerate housemate, who is looking for a place to call home and potentially to make new friends. The other tenants are so lovely and just the right amount of sociable.
We are planning to hold an Open House session, on Saturday 27th and on Sunday 28th September (from 2 pm to 6.00 pm) and Viewings are highly recommended; please feel free to contact me with any questions!
