Spacious, bright double room in a well-kept flat with a separate kitchen and a good-sized living area. The flat overlooks a quiet, tree-lined street at the front and communal gardens at the back, so it’s a nice mix of central but calm.
Location is ideal, 2 minutes from Earl’s Court (Piccadilly & District lines), with plenty of shops, gyms and cafes right on your doorstep. High Street Kensington and King’s Road are also within easy reach.
A bit about me: I work full-time, train regularly and keep a pretty active routine. I like a tidy, relaxed home and get on well with people, but also respect space and downtime.
Looking for someone easygoing, clean and reliable who treats the flat like a home. Ideally someone who’s up for the occasional chat but not a full-time housemate social.
