Comfortable single room with single bed, desk, wardrobe and TV in a family home.

Preferably looking for a female who is studying or here temporarily for work.
Needs to be clean and tidy ensuring that the kitchen and bathroom are cleaned after use. To ensure maximum comfort for all.

I will also consider renting the room Mon-Fri if you're work during the week from London for long term (more than 3 months)

Short term considered at £300 per week 4 weeks or less

This is a family home with a dog and a cat.
