Living Room & Private Kitchen – Earl’s Court Road

I’m looking to let out my furnished living room turned bedroom and its own private kitchen for short, mid-week, occasional stays (2–3 nights at a time).

It’s a comfortable space with a quality sofa bed (quality sofa bed from Willow & Hall, designed for comfort) and your own kitchen area, so you have plenty of room to yourself with the bathroom shared with me.

This setup is ideal for a female professional who needs a quiet, reliable place to land for a few days. I’m looking for someone who is naturally quiet—no loud music or movies—and enjoys a peaceful environment. Being quiet and respectful to each other sleep is very important to me as I work long hours.

The Space:
* Room: Furnished with a sofa bed and your own kitchen, dining table and chairs. No washing machine. Shared bathroom
* The Location: 30 seconds to major bus routes ( C1, C3, 74, 328, N74, N97), 2-min walk to Earl’s Court Station using Warwick Road, and 3-min walk to West Brompton.
The Details:
* Profile: Seeking a female non-smoker in professional employment (not suitable for students).
* Flexibility: For sporadic stays only; not a long-term or weekly arrangement.
* Fees: £90 per night (all-inclusive of bills and Wi-Fi).
* Security Deposit: £150 (fully refundable).
