2 to 4 nights a week: Large Room with own kitchen

I'm looking for a respectful, female professional or full-time student who is a strict non-smoker.

I’m offering a Monday-to-Friday base, 2, 3 or 4 nights a week, short or long term. Room available from 21st August.

It’s perfect if you commute to London for work during the week and head back home for the weekend.
The flat was fully refurbished 8 months ago.

You’ll have exclusive use of a very large (23sqm) and bright living room conversion.

It includes:
A high-quality, handmade Willow & Hall sofa bed with a proper spring mattress for a good night's sleep. It folds away easily to give you plenty of space during the day.
Your own fully-fitted kitchen, dining table, and washing machine right in the room. The bathroom is the only shared space.

The flat is on the 2nd floor with no lift.

Location:
Super central (Zone 1/2). You are a 2-minute walk to Earl’s Court Station (Warwick Road entrance) and 3 minutes to West Brompton. Buses (C1, C3, 74, 328) are just 30 seconds away, and it's walking distance to Chelsea & Westminster Hospital.

A bit about the home:
The rent is £850 a month ( rent is adjusted to the number of nights) and everything is included (Council Tax, water, energy, and high-speed Wi-Fi).

The deposit is £250.

Not a party house!
I work long hours and really value a clean, quiet, and peaceful environment to unwind after a busy day.
I’m French and have been living in London for 11 years. It’s unlikely we will see each other much as I am rather busy at work on weekdays !
