Beautiful bright room in Earlsfield

The apartment is based in a new build complex so is new and modern. You will have your own private room and bathroom (I wont share this with you but if guests come over they may use the bathroom). Room has 2 single beds (which you can get a converter for), a couch, big desk and lots of cupboard space. There is also a lovely view and lots of light.

The kitchen and lounge is shared and furnished. The kitchen has all appliances required.

The nearest station is Earlsfield (5 min walk) and takes you straight to Waterloo.

I live in the flat with my dog (so you have to like dogs!) she is very sweet and doesn’t make much noise. She gets a bit excitable when meeting new people but calms down once she gets to know you. 5 star for cuddles.

The price is inclusive of everything (bills) excepting for cleaner.

Preference would be for someone who works at the office most of the week and looking for a shorter term let (< 3 months) but quite flexible!
