The flat is very modern, airy and spacious, its split level over 2 floors. The loft was converted this year so everything is brand new. I have a large double room in our extremely friendly house share. You will be sharing the flat with 1 lady and 1 gentleman. We are looking for an easy going, neat person to take up the third room. We are totally fine about having a male or a female flatmate, we would like the flatmate to be a professional who is down to earth and friendly. The room available is a great size double & is fully furnished with a big comfy bed, wardrobe and chest of draws. This room also has an en suite bathroom. So the flat is very well kept with a cleaner that comes once a week.
Situated in the middle of Earlsfield with lots of good bars and restaurants either side along the high street. The flat is has a large living room with 3 sofas, dining table, Broadband , 2 bathrooms so you will never clash within anyone in the mornings, kitchen with all the usual stuff including dishwasher washing machine & modern gas cooker and parking outside if you have a car. The flat is 10 minutes walk from Earlsfield rail station which runs a train every three minutes into Clapham Junction, Vauxhall, and Waterloo, you can get to Oxford Circus in 25 minutes or the City in 35 minutes. Wandsworth Town Rail Station is also close about 10 mins walk. Going the other way all the trains stop in Wimbledon if you need the district line. There is a also small balcony and also a small garden. The security deposit is 4 weeks rent. Wandsworth council tax and bills are covered by the rent. The room is available from 1 September 2024
