- First floor maisonette with own front door, located on a leafy residential street in Earlsfield.

- The room is a good sized double, newly decorated and fully furnished with double storage bed with memory foam mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers (not pictured).

- There is one bathroom which is shared with one female flatmate. The bathroom has built in storage and a Hello Klean shower filter so the London water won’t ruin your hair!

- Large high spec kitchen-diner with loads of cupboard space, massive fridge-freezer, full sized dishwasher, washer-dryer and quooker boiling water tap.

- Lovely light living & dining room with a good sized dining table.

- Private SW facing garden, perfect for soaking up the sun in the summer.

- My lovely cleaner comes every two weeks.

- 7 minute walk to Earlsfield station (15 minutes to Waterloo).

- 25 minute walk to Tooting Bec / Tooting Broadway (northern line) or a 10 minute bus ride.

- Sharing with me (India). I’m 29 and work in finance and am usually in the office 4 days a week.

- I enjoy running, yoga and Pilates, trying new restaurants, going for a glass of wine with friends and curling up with a good book.

- I’m friendly and chilled, but I like to keep my home clean and tidy.

🔎 Who I’m looking for:

- Professional of a similar age, ideally female, and someone who works in the office most of the time.

- This is my home so I’m looking for someone who’s looking for a friendly homely environment and wants to occasionally watch an episode of MAFS or have a glass of wine and a chat some evenings, but I’m fairly busy with work and friends so I’d like someone who also has their own stuff going on.

- I keep things clean and tidy, and as some of the neighbours have children this isn’t a party flat, so I’m looking for someone who respects that.

- No couples or students.

💵 Rent details:

- £1300 pcm including all bills (electricity / gas, water, WiFi, council tax)). Also includes TV licence and Netflix streaming.
