Double Room in Friendly Houseshare

We’re currently 2 guys (Andy & Bayden) and 2 girls (Hollie & Hannah) all working professionals with pretty standard 9–5 routines. Unfortunately Hollie is flying the nest so we’d love to find someone with a similar vibe to join us!

The house is located under 2mins walk from Earlsfield station which gets you into Waterloo in 13mins! There is also a great selection of pubs, coffee shops and fitness options in the area.

The house itself is spread across 3 floors and has:

✨ A huge open-plan kitchen
/ diner
✨ Separate cosy living room
✨ 4 bathrooms (2 en-suite bedrooms)
✨ Separate WFH / bike storage room
✨ Sunny back garden
✨ Fortnightly cleaner for all communal spaces

We’re definitely not a party house and everyone’s super respectful of each other’s space and schedules, but we still enjoy hanging out together every now and again.

Bills aren’t included and come to around £130/month depending on the season (including the cleaner).

The room is a good sized double (currently has a king size bed, triple wardrobe, drawers, armchair and still plenty of space). It's extremely quiet at the back of the house overlooking the garden. The room comes unfurnished, however there is a wardrobe, chest of drawers and double mattress up for grabs if you want to purchase for a small fee. We are looking for someone to move in November 28th.
