Double Room in Friendly Houseshare

We’re currently 2 guys (Andy & Paul) and 2 girls ( Milly & Hollie) all working professionals with pretty standard 9–5 routines. Unfortunately Milly is flying the nest so we’d love to find someone with a similar vibe to keep the balance in the house 😊

The house itself is spread across 3 floors and has:

✨ A huge open-plan kitchen

✨ Separate cosy living room

✨ Sunny, well-kept back garden

✨ Fortnightly cleaner for all communal spaces

We’re definitely not a party house and everyone’s super respectful of each other’s space and schedules, but we still enjoy hanging out together now and then.

Bills aren’t included and come to just under £130/month depending on the season (including the cleaner).

The room is available from end of June to start of July, but there’s flexibility for an earlier move-in if needed!
