The Room: A bright, furnished double with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The room opens onto our large garden, and there’s space for a small desk.

The Flat: A lovely three-bedroom garden flat with a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, a dishwasher, and a separate bathroom, and toilet. Plenty of space to relax and feel at home.
Location: Just a minute’s walk from Earlsfield station, opposite Sainsbury’s and close to the high street’s cafés, restaurants and pubs. Wandsworth Common & Clapham Common both nearby too.

About Us: You’ll be living with Rachel (me) and Archie. We’d love to find someone who feels at home here: friendly, considerate and up for the occasional chat, dinner or glass of wine, while also enjoying their own space.

I work in marketing and partnerships, and Archie works in e-commerce. I usually WFH 2-3 days a week but can equally be out and about at events for the full week. Archie works full time in the office.

About You: We’re looking for someone who is:
• Ideally aged 24-36
• Preferably female
• A working professional
• Friendly, sociable and easygoing
• Clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces
•⁠ ⁠Working outside of the house most days. Some WFH is absolutely fine, but no full-time WFH please
•⁠ ⁠Non-smoker
•⁠ ⁠No pets
•⁠ ⁠No couples
