Double Room in Earlsfield

Looking for a girl to replace my current flatmate who is moving back to her hometown at the end of October.

We have a spacious two bed flat, with a small outdoor space, and are about 5-10 minutes walk from Earlsfield station / high street with lots of lovely shops and cafes, including a few minutes walk from an M&S food.

Your bedroom would be a double room overlooking our outdoor space, with a large in-built wardrobe. My flatmate will be taking her furniture with her, so other than the wardrobe the room is unfurnished. The rest of the flat is furnished.

Sharing with a 28 year old girl (myself), working for the NHS at a nearby hospital. I have my own social life but am equally open to making friends and going out together.

Rent £975 / month
Deposit £1000
Bills are about £100-110 / month including council tax (band C), water, energy, wifi, renters insurance

Move in date is flexible - from the weekend of the 31st October.

Viewings 11th / 12th / 14th / 22nd October.
