Hello! We’re looking for a friendly, sociable person in their late 20s/30s to join our lovely three-bedroom maisonette in Earlsfield, as I’m sadly moving to a different city!
The House & Room
The room is very spacious and comes with its own en-suite bathroom, a queen-sized bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables, so there’s plenty of storage space.
The maisonette has two other double bedrooms, which share a separate bathroom. Downstairs, there’s a large, open-plan kitchen, dining and living area that opens out onto a secure private garden, a massive suntrap in the warmer months!
The development also has a concierge, and there are lots of amenities nearby, a large Lidl, Starbucks, Tesco, a gym offering residents’ discounts and lots of other shops along the high street.
Rent & Bills
- Single occupancy: £1,320 per month
- Couple occupancy: £1,600 per month
- Bills: Approx. £195 per month
About us/ household
You’ll be living with two girls in their early 30s, one who work in Events Management and the other in Project Management in the Civil Service. They’re both absolutely lovely, laid-back and sociable, enjoy the odd wine and cheese night in and like keeping active and going to the gym.
It’s a really friendly home where everyone enjoys having a catch-up and the occasional glass of wine together, while equally respecting each other’s space and doing their own thing.
Who We’re Looking For
We’d love to find someone friendly, considerate and sociable who’s looking for more than just a room, but also appreciates having their own space. Ideally, someone with a similar lifestyle who’s up for the occasional flat night in!

- 🚇 Around 15 minutes from Tooting Broadway
- 🚆 Around 20 minutes from Wimbledon Park station
There are also lots of local shops, restaurants and amenities close by.
About the Tenancy
The other two tenants are planning to move out next summer, so with the new rental laws, there may be the option to find new housemates or end the tenancy together, depending on your plans.
