- Extra Space: Large luggage cupboard and an optional office desk for your room.
- A cleaner visits weekly for two hours.

Shared Spaces
- Eat-In Kitchen: Large, fully kitted out with all the usual mod-cons - air fryer, dishwasher, and microwave etc.
- Sun-Trap Garden: Southwest-facing outdoor space with furniture and a BBQ.
- Living Room: Positioned at the opposite end of the house to the kitchen. This provides a completely separate social space, which is comfortable and ideal for relaxing.
- Bathroom: There is one well appointed bathroom that we keep spotless after each use.

The Location (Earlsfield, SW18)
- Commuting: Under 5 minute walk to Earlsfield Station. Direct trains to Waterloo take under 20 minutes (via Clapham Junction and Vauxhall).
- High Street: 3-minute walk to Garratt Lane’s independent shops, restaurants, pubs, bakeries/cafes, along with a variety of health/fitness facilities.
- Groceries: Quick walk to Sainsbury’s Metro, M&S Food, Tesco, Lidl, and Waitrose.

Ideal Housemate
This home is shared with only me. It best suits a mature, independent, friendly, considerate person. (Mon–Fri lets are also welcome).
- The Vibe: Comfortable, friendly and inviting. I run my own business and am trying to start another. When I have time, I enjoy cooking, and sharing an occasional meal or glass of wine, and having a good laugh. We dont need to be best friends, but we should feel like housemates - not strangers!
- Dog Lovers Only: No dogs live here full-time, but there are several regular furry visitors.
