There is a small kitchen and sitting room that you would share with an existing lodger but the ‘flat’ is entirely private and at the top of a terraced house in the Askew Road area. Plus a 12 minute walk to Stamford Brooke tube station on a nice day through leafy wide residential Streets.
There is a shared communal front door to the street.

Ideally we are looking for another professional. This flat would not be available for working from home.

The rent is £1200 per month including all bills with a £1200 deposit and can be available from 1st January 2027. Viewing to suit ASAP if you are interested.

The flat is a 2 min walk to the regular bus routes on the Uxbridge Road to tube stations at Shepherd’s Market (Hammersmith and City, and Central Line) and onward to the West End..
Also a few minute walk to Askew Rd for Bus connections.
Good local shopping and cafes nearby and easy access to Chiswick, the river and lovely parks. Wendell Park is a few minutes walk away too.
