En-suite bedroom sharing kit/living with another

We have a light, good sized, double bedroom with an ensuite bath shower to rent to a lodger.

There is a small kitchen and sitting room that you would share with a fellow lodger but the ‘flat’ is entirely private and at the top of a terraced house in the Askew Road area. You would share a communal front door to the street with us too.

We have a nanny with us in one of the bedrooms and ideally we are looking for another who does not want or need to live in with their family. This flat would not be available for working from home.

The rent is £1150 per month including all bills with a £1000 deposit and can be available from 1st August. Viewing to suit asap is you are interested.
