Fully furnished double bedroom in a brand new flat in a modern block of flats, with own fridge and freezer, small food cupboard, and access to main bathroom and shared kitchen. Wifi included, but shared gas, electricity, and water bills. We're taking charge of Council tax. Lidl supermarket directly downstairs from the building.

The flat is comprised of two double bedrooms, an ensuite bathroom, a main bathroom, a kitchen/living room, and two balconies.

Couples are welcome, but rent advertised is for a single person, so would need to be adjusted accordingly.
