I have one double room available in a well-equipped shared house, very close to Imperial College, Hammersmith Hospital and Westfield.

The house has 5 rooms in total. There are two bathrooms shared between five bedrooms, plus an open-plan kitchen/living area.

The house includes two cooking areas, two fridge-freezers, washing machines and a dryer. Fast Community Fibre internet is also included.

Communal areas are professionally cleaned approximately every 2–3 weeks.

The property is covered by British Gas HomeCare for boiler and heating support.

All bills are included in the rent throughout the year. There is only an additional winter surcharge of £35 per room per month during November, December, January and February.

The deposit is protected with the DPS.
