Good size double, East Dulwich houseshare

Hi there! We've got a spare room in our 4 bed houseshare in the centre of East Dulwich. It's in a cracking location, with the delights of lordship lane right on our doorstep.

You’d be sharing with Josh (civil servant), Harriet (occupational therapist) and Alex (computer scientist) We do our own things but are sociable and friendly around the house and occasionally watch TV or hang out in the garden together.

We're looking for a woman preferably, to keep the balance.

The room is on the 3rd floor of the house, sharing a landing with Josh, and is big enough to comfortably house a double bed. It comes with a wardrobe, and the leaving housemate is happy to sell her bed, chest of drawers and mirror if needed!

The room is £690 a month and bills come to around £120 per month.

The landlords are ex-residents of the house and manage it themselves. They will arrange for things to be fixed as needed.

It's a proper old house, with nice wooden floors, a big 'ol victorian bath, and plently of character. The best things about the house (as well as the housemates!) are probably a) our cosy/quiet back yard for chilling in the sun and b) the area, we're off the main road but have a plethora of nice pubs/shops/eateries within very easy walking distance.

We’re looking for someone easygoing and sociable with a decent sense of humour, who tidies up after themselves and isn’t shy of mucking in with the housework (we have a weekly cleaning rota).

Room is available from the 8th of June.
