Double Room available March 1st East Dulwich

A comfortable and reasonably sized double room is available for rent in a warm three bedroom flat in East Dulwich available from the middle of October. Dates are flexible. The flat is situated in between Peckham Common and Dulwich park. All bills included in the PCM. Closest transport links are Peckham Rye, Honor Oak or East Dulwich overland.

The room includes a storage double bed, built in wardrobe and large chest of drawers. It is situated at the back of the flat, overlooking the back gardens of neighbouring houses.

There is free parking on the road outside the flat and I own the small front garden. There is a small garden storage shed if you have a folding bike,

Sharing with myself the live in landlord (female, 42) and one other housemate in the smaller room (TBC). I would like to offer the room to someone chilled, tidy and clean. Cleaning of common areas and housekeeping is covered by cleaners once a week.

The flat is home to two adopted stray cats (male and female) and a rescue dog. Both cats affectionate but can be wary of new people. The male mainly lives inside at the moment as he is newish, and the female spends most of the time outside in the back gardens. The dog is similar, she is small and wary of new people but is very friendly once you get to know her. Ideally I'd be looking for someone who is used to pets and wouldn't mind helping to feed them one or two evenings a week if I'd like to pop out, or mind the cats if I go away on holiday. The dog would go to a boarder, so wouldn't be a burden.

The bedroom pictures are currently old - I will be uploading some new ones this weekend (Jan Sat 31st) - (the furniture layout has been reorganised to accommodate the large chest of drawers).
