3 Month Let of Double Room in East Dulwich

Hello - I am looking for someone to take my place in our shared house in East Dulwich whilst I go travelling for 3 months. The room will be available from 28th September until 28th December.

The house is located a few minutes walk away from Peckham Rye park and a 10 minute walk from Lordship Lane. The nearest stations are East Dulwich and Peckham Rye which are both 15 to 20 mins away, and accessible by bus too. It is a lovely area with plenty of good pubs and cafes and tonnes of green space. The house is in a close off Barry Road with parking available.

The house is a 3 bed property with 3 bathrooms, separate kitchen and living room and a small garden. The kitchen is equipped with all the typical features including a dishwasher and washing machine. There are 2 communal bathrooms, as well as one of the rooms having an en-suite.

There are 3 housemates, one couple and another girl. It is a sociable house with many evenings spent watching TV or chilling in the garden.

The room is on its own floor on the top floor of the house. All the furniture is my own but I'm happy to leave the majority of it.

The rent is £895 per month with bills typically around £105 a month.
