Huge Room in Peckham / East Dulwich

I’m looking for someone to take over my room at The Gardens for a 2-month sublet while I’m away. The room itself is massive and very bright and a great view of South London.

The flat is part of a beautiful period building with access to the massive communal garden, honestly one of the best spots in SE22 for some peace and quiet. The whole place is fully furnished but all my personal belongings will be packed away and you will have access to lots of storage. The room also comes with a desk and 2nd screen for WFH vibes.

You’ll be sharing with one housemate who works in the TV/Film industry. He’s very laid back but out of the house for long hours on shoot days, so the flat is often very quiet. If you work from home, this is pretty much a dream setup. We have super-fast WiFi, and you’ll basically have the run of the living room and garden during the day and most evenings.

Location & Transport - It’s a great pocket of South London. We’re right between Peckham Rye Park and Dulwich Park, so there’s plenty of green space.

A short walk to both East Dulwich and Peckham Rye stations.

Easy access to the Overground (Shoreditch/Highbury) and trains to London Bridge/Victoria.

All the pubs and cafes of Lordship Lane are just a few minutes away and also very cool spots in Peckham are a walkable distance.

Price: £1,300 per month (Strictly all-in: this covers everything - council tax, bills, and WiFi).

Dates: 2-month max stay. I’m flexible on the exact start/end dates, so just let me know what you're looking for.
