Hey guys! I'm jetting off to SE Asia next month and looking to sublet my beautiful room in lovely East Dulwich. It's a double room with a super comfy new bed & pocket sprung mattress, loads of built in storage space, and a desk, monitor, speakers and printer which I'll happily leave for whoever stays to use, or remove if you'd rather.
You'd be sharing the house with my wonderful housemates El, Alice and Russ, all in their 30s and a joy to live with. We've got a good sized kitchen with 2 fridges and a brand new oven, 2 bathrooms, and a lovely living room with a great TV setup.
It's just 3-4 minutes walk to Lordship Lane, which has a great selection of shops, cafes and restaurants, and about 15 minutes walk to the beautiful Dulwich park.
