Looking for someone to take over the room in our cosy, plant-filled flat in a fantastic location nestled on Peckham Rye!

After two years Moran is moving to the states, so looking for a new housemate.

The flat has a warm, welcoming atmosphere with neutral walls and beautiful bare floorboards throughout. The space is filled with lots of indoor plants that add to its calming, green vibe, making it a great place to relax and unwind.

It’s perfect for anyone who loves working from home — with the option of taking lunchtime walks in the Rye, or enjoying a morning coffee in the sun. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, such as a microwave, oven and fridge/freezer. The large hallway features a handy book and vinyl shelf, for storage. It also is wide enough for bike storage and the flat also boasts a big storage cupboard for shoes and bikes.

In the middle of the flat is the bathroom which includes a bath/shower and storage space.

The room available is light, quiet, and cosy, offering a comfortable space to unwind. It also leads out onto a private terrace, perfect for summer hosting, exercising, or just enjoying the outdoors.

You’ll be sharing the flat with Bob who works in architectural fabrication and has lived in SE for years. We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy, and respectful whilst also being up for the occasional beer or shared meal together. Ideally late 20s or 30s.

It's a great spot for making the most of Peckham/ East Dulwich’s vibrant restaurants, pubs and shops while enjoying the tranquility of the park right on your doorstep.

The room will be available from early October. It is an unfurnished room, though as Moran is moving to the states there is potential for an exchange of furniture. We are keen to find someone who will fit in to the flat perfectly and so we are getting the search underway now.

Bills are roughly £150 pcm which includes council tax, energy and water.
