- includes a parking space
-secure bike storage available
- Really large shared open living room and kitchen (difficult to photograph), living room has large balcony
-well insulated so nice and warm in Winter (and not too hot in Summer!)

-16min walk or 3min bus to Forest Hill station (Overground Windrush line and 15 min fast train to London Bridge, and fast trains to Victoria)
