Hey there!
I’m moving out of my lovely double room in a 4 bed shared house in East Dulwich to live with my GF. This large room has a large built in wardrobe and an ensuite, located on the 2nd floor of the property.

The ground floor has an open plan living room/kitchen, with induction hob, oven, grill, large fridge freezer, kitchen table, recliner sofa & armchair. From here you have access to the back garden & patio. Also there's a ground floor toilet & under-stair storage.

Within the house there's Stephanie (33), who works in fashion as a Production coordinater. Then there's Sam(32); he works in Events. Finally there's Alice (32), who works as an account manager. They are a socialable household but also respect each other’s space. They are looking for someone that's easy going but also tidy, happy to have a post work vent but also likes their own space. The house is 5 minutes from Dulwich Park, 20 minutes from Peckham and a 10 min walk or 3 min bus from Forest Hill station - an overground station. It also has national rail to London bridge & Victoria.

We also have buses 2mins outside our door - P4, 176, 185, 197 & 363. You can get to central London in under an hour.

Rent is without any bills included. The room is currently furnished but can discuss on viewing, as I’m happy to sell the furniture for cheap or remove all furniture at your request.

Availability is ASAP, but the rent is due on the 15th of each month, so will need to be coordinated to coincide with the due date. If you would like to move in before the rent due date, I am fine with being reimbursed for the extra days.
