The house was completely refurbished 8 years ago and is still in tip top condition. The house is massive (over 3000 square feet) separated over 3 floors with 3 bathrooms so there is plenty of space for all.

The bedroom available comes fully furnished, bedside draws, desk, integrated wardrobes and selves which will provide ample amount of storage.

There is a beautiful kitchen/dining room with a 55" smart TV. The fully integrated kitchen has all modern appliances including 2 American fridge-freezers and leads onto a beautiful well maintained garden for all to enjoy.

To relax there is a cosy living room with another 55" smart curved TV with access to any movie or TV series of your liking with Netflix's.

The potential new housemate will have access to the biggest back garden in East Dulwich. The well maintained garden consists of various seating areas, Basketball court, hammock and a Hut. The hut is a very nice place to be as it comfortable seats up to 8 people, has a 27" smart TV with access to Netflix, Spotify, surround sound, high speed internet/WIFI access and integrate heating for cold periods.

The room is fully inclusive of all bills!!! A bi-weekly cleaner will come in to clean communal areas.
