My housemate and I are both easygoing, tidy, and sociable.

The flat has a large open plan kitchen and living room which opens up to a South facing balcony and sits in a private gated mews which backs on to Lordship Lane. The kitchen is new and inc dishwasher, dryer and Nespresso machine and you’d only be sharing the main bathroom with one person.

Forest Hill station is around a 10 min walk or a 3 minute bus ride (bus stop right outside). East Dulwich and Peckham Rye train stations are a little bit further walk but there are buses right outside to those too. There are lots of cafes, bars, restaurants, pubs and supermarkets nearby as well as a couple of newsagents next to the flat and Dulwich Park which is a 2 minute walk away. If you have a car, there is also free on street parking.
