Small Single Room For Single Person Sublet Only

Single room available for short let 1-2 months in peaceful household in green oasis in East Finchley. We are looking for somebody who will match our age group meaning 30-40 yrs old. The room is quite small, so it is only available for single person. The house itself has plenty space to offer - large living room, dinning room, big kitchen, garden space and extra space in the attic if you want to store your suitcases or moving boxes etc.

About you:
- Working professional, as we are not able to accommodate anyone claiming benefits or universal credit.
Preferably not working from home, as our internet is not the fastest one and with 2 other tenants working either full time or part time from home, having somebody else WFH is not going work. Sadly in our location we can’t access fibre optic super fast internet.
- You must be willing to engage in household duties such as cleaning, as we do everything ourselves. This means also good standard of personal hygiene, looking after the shared spaces on daily basis - no hair left in the shower or dirty dishes in the kitchen. We also have garden so if you are into gardening - this will be a bonus.
- We are quiet household meaning we go to bed relatively early and we like to keep the space quiet after 10pm. Please NOTE: all the rooms are on one floor.
We would prefer somebody who is from creative or wellness industry, somebody with critical thinking.

THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE, so if you are a party animal, this place is not for you. However having friends over now and again is not an issue, but we request if you tell anyone in advance that you have a guest. Maximum stay for a guest is 3 days, if it is family member can be 7 days. One guest at the time.

You also have to be an animal lover as we have cat, on the other hand we can’t accommodate another animal, as our cat doesn't get very well with other pets.
