I'm letting the large double front bedroom (pics attached) fully furnished, own tv and tons of storage, there's usually a spare room for any guests. Use of whole house, easy going and relaxed

Mostly I'm out working, tennis & pub. Nice fully equipped kitchen with plenty of cupboard and fridge space.
