The room is furnished and in a quiet location facing the garden. The Velux window can be opened in two modes. Either in the centre or from the top, in which case you almost have a mini balcony.

The main bathroom would be shared by you and maximum one other person.

The flat is located on Fortis Green. It takes 5 mins to walk to East Finchley Station along a well lit route and Muswell Hill is a 15 minute walk away, or 8 minutes by bus. There are plenty of green spaces nearby such as Cherry Tree Woods, Highgate Woods or slightly further to Alexandra Palace Park and Hampstead Heath.

There is no communal space so the flat would suit an independently minded professional.

The kitchen is fully equipped with: gas cooker, electric oven, large fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and washing machine with dryer.

The rent is inclusive of bills subject to normal domestic use.
