Double Room in a 3 Bedroom house in East Greenwich

We are a 15 minute walk away from Greenwich Town/Cutty Sark DLR and a 5 minute walk from Maze Hill station, which has regular services to Central London, and a 25 minute walk or 5 minute bus to North Greenwich station/O2. Tesco and Co-Op are less than a 5 minute walk, and larger supermarkets are within a 20 minute walk/5 minute bus. Greenwich has plenty of lovely pubs and we are only a 10 minute walk from Greenwich Park.

The house has a semi-open plan living/kitchen/dining space downstairs, and the three bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs, plus access to loft for storage. There is a 40ft garden with furniture and two outhouses for storage, and if you're green-fingered feel free to do any gardening! The house has off street parking by means of a driveway which can accommodate 1 car. Neither of us have a car so this would be available for you to use if you require it.

The room is at the back of the house, on a separate landing to the other two rooms, and has space for a double bed, wardrobe, bookcase and side tables. The wardrobe and bed frame are available with the room but can be removed if you prefer your own furniture. If WFH, the dining room and living room are free to set up in.

Both housemates (1 male, Angus, and 1 female, Lauren), work a standard Mon-Fri pattern with the occasional WFH days.

We're both sociable and when in together often sit downstairs and watch a film/series or play a video game. Occasionally we'll have a BBQ/party at the house but this isn't a regular thing!

Our property is managed through an agent, so any issues are dealt with promptly through an online portal.

We're looking for a professional to take the room, preferably working a similar pattern to us, but this isn't a dealbreaker. We're a pretty clean and tidy household, and would expect the same from a housemate, but we don't have a fixed cleaning schedule or anything too deep, we just divide it between us.
