Please note that I am having the room professionally cleaned so the photos are for another room but almost identical in style.

You should be honest, trustworthy and clean up after yourself. Open windows when cooking /showering.

Comes with a large wardrobe. desk/chair, lamp. Bills included - Gas and electric also included but on reasonable usage. Switch off lights when not in use.

There is a shower room as well as a bathroom. Big shed to store cases.

Unfortunately no sleepovers/no pork./alcohol./guests/'friends'. need peace of mind. No WFH (working from home) as energy bills increased. No problematic housemates.
Great to have a stress free peaceful place.

Tesco' s, Sainsburys. and Lidl all walking distance as well local grocers.

Prefer a Video call before viewing arranged as I have many responsibilities and time poor.
