There is a shower room as well as a bathroom. Big shed to store cases.
Unfortunately no sleepovers/no pork./no alcohol or alcoholics/guests/or 'friends'. need peace of mind. No WFH (working from home) as energy bills have increased. No problematic housemates. Previous bad experiences dictate, No princess types ether. Great to have a stress free peaceful place.
Tesco' s, Sainsburys. and Lidl all walking distance as well local grocers.
Prefer a Video call before viewing arranged as I have many responsibilities and time poor.
