This is a spacious loft room with attached shower and toilet. The room is suitable for couples, but single people are appreciated too. Rent includes all amenities like wifi, water, gas, electricity, etc.

The house is shared with a quiet and kind Bangladeshi-Muslim family of two (father and daughter). Only the kitchen (note: kitchen includes kitchen appliances like the stove, microwave, toaster, washing machine - no other appliances, kitchenware, crockeries etc are shared unless otherwise agreed) will be shared, and other than that, the renter(s) will have complete privacy.

The house is 3/4 mins walking distance from the East Ham station, as well as the high street, including shops like Lidl, Savers, etc.

A couple of house rules:
- no pets allowed
- no alcohol allowed on the premises
- no smoking in the house
- renters must be professionals
- couples include only married couples
- no guests allowed (exceptions - direct family members, which must be discussed and asked of beforehand)

Rent:
£800 for single individual
£900 for couple
