Well-presented large single loft room is available in newly refurbished 3 bedroom house. It is 10 minute walk to East ham or either Upton Park station.2 minutes to bus stop; all the amenities are close like banks, stores and takeaways. This area is only 20 minutes tube journey to central London and canary wharf.

House share is with 4 others. We are all professionals, very friendly and respect each other’s privacy, so the place is quiet and ideal to have a good rest when coming home after hard day’s work.

We are looking for a professional housemate or student to share the house. Ideal candidate must be professional, preferably no smoking and no drinking in house . who appreciates tidiness, discipline and peaceful relationship among each other. It is a very clean, tidy & quite place. The house is fully furnished, all the bills and wireless internet included. 2 weeks deposit and 1 month in advance rent is required.
