A double bedroom available from 10th April 2026 on a 3rd floor flat in East Ham. The flat is situated between East Ham and Upton Park stations.

Upton Park station is a 4 minutes’ walk from the flat, and East Ham station is a 10 minutes’ walk from the flat. Full chain of shops including Tesco, Iceland, and all main High Street banks and restaurants are all 4 minutes’ walk from the flat. The flat is a 4 minutes’ walk from Green Street where all the above are situated.

The flat is fully furnished and super clean. Bathroom/shower and toilet are separate from one another, a nice kitchen, and a large living room. I have 1 cat who is mostly playing either in my bedroom or the balcony through a cat door flap.

All bills and Wi-Fi are included in the rent. Toiletries like, bin bags, fury liquid, handwash, kitchen towel, and toilet roll costs can be shared, unless the new lodger wants to use her own.

I am a very down to earth private kinda lady, I live alone, and by profession, I am a carer & support worker. I am looking for a professional or a student female lodger. Hygiene and cleanness are absolutely essential at all times. Finally, no late-night parties or lots of friends and relatives coming at all times, once in a while is absolutely fine.

There is pre-paid road parking outside the flat building. References and photographic ID will be required, including two month’s rent, in advance.
