Double Room with En-Suite Near Canary Wharf

Hi,

I have a spare room to rent in my 2 bed ground floor homely flat. It’s in a quiet secure residential area and is 2 mins walk to East India DLR, 2 mins walk to the Thames and 20 mins walk to Canary Wharf. The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, desk and office chair.

You will have sole access to the main bathroom as I have an en-suite.

£900 pcm plus some bills which come up to about £90 a month (less in the summer).

About me: Female from the north originally and work in Management Consulting. Enjoy going to gigs/concerts, watching football, love a brunch on the weekend and socialising with friends. Pretty chilled and party days are well in the past but do enjoy the odd night out.

Looking for someone who is sociable but has their own thing going on.

The flat is quiet and not a party place so would not suit someone who has a lot of friends over all the time.

Females preferred - sorry!
